Just have to have serviceable backups. Can't trot Green, Jaylon and Morris(not that bad) if they are as bad as they are and expect to win. This logic is just stupid. Aren't the Packers a Aaron Rodgers away from being the Cleveland Browns? Aren't the Aint's a Drew Brees away from being the Cleveland Browns. What separates good teams from bad teams is about 2 or 3 players. If the Browns had Aaron Rodgers they would be a playoff team. Same goes for the Jaguars.

It' not like Dallas lost to the browns. The way the lost today is no suprise though.

Toss in Bailey and it's four All Pros.

Nugent's miss came when it was 17-7 in the 3rd. He could've made it a one score game, and gave the team a lift. Instead, he wasted the only good drive of the day.

This is absolutely correct. As great as Zeke, Tyron, and Lee are (and they are all AMAZING), it is the complete and utter ineptitude of the backups that makes the drop off so mind numbingly dramatic (Jaylon and, after tonight, Chaz in particular).

You are spot on, the league has so much parity, that if you lose a few key players it can be devastating to a teams chances of winning.
