I don't know you are not in that locker room nor am I, being a leader has nothing to do with what you say to the press it is what is said amongst players in that locker room and during the game. It's not even worth responding to you, but I will anyways..In 2011, did you realize Romo was the one that got the team together during the lockout for offseason workouts & do you watch any of the mic'd up shows & see Romo lead the team & even get out there on the field yelling at the defensive players to not jump offsides?? Demarcus Ware came out about a month ago & said it was time for the team to put up or shut up. If those things don't show you that those 2 hold players accountable, I don't know what to tell you.. It's not about the Super Bowl. It's about being competitive in many games, getting on national tv, getting press and advertisers and generally finishing 8-8.
