Lamb is not an alpha and when things don’t go his way he tends to disappear. Pickens is everything you want in a #1. Physical , speed, great hands, 50/50 balls, YAC. Lamb is more of a technician with decent hands. Too many drops for me. It would be cool to keep both but there’s no comparison to me who the better talent is.

It’s highly unlikely they are both around after 2026 season. I’d keep Pickens if I had to choose. But until then I’ll agree to try and enjoy both. Fans are comparing them because they now see what a true #1 is supposed to look like.

Most people want both but some, including myself, is pointing out Dak seems to have better chemistry with Pickens for whatever reason this year. It's not question of who the better WR is but who is playing better with Dak in this offense. Dak seems to trust Pickens more and will let the ball go quicker than he does with CD. If our OL was playing better, Dak and CD can dice up most defenses. The problem is, vs better defenses, our OL can't hold up. That's when Dak gets in trouble holding on to the ball too long. For whatever reason, he did much less of that when CD was out and Pickens was the primary target. Even against GB when Parsons was abusing our OLine, Dak wasn't touched much because he got rid of the ball quickly.

Cowboys fans hate players that get paid.

No disrespect to Pickens, but if a person thinks Pickens is as good as Lamb they arent worth listening too. Pickens is a top 15 WR. Lamb is top 5. Pickens has been great since he has been here. Pretty much gone from top 30 WR's to top 15. But his job is really to play like a top 5 when teams put too much into taking away Lamb

Pickens is made for the moment, you can't teach that. Some have it while others never will. But he has not shown this level of performance for an entire season.

Ceedee is a good receiver with great yards after catch stats. But Sir-Drop-A-Lot will fail you in the biggest of moments. Stay tuned.

They both have different elements in their game that give secondaries headaches

Lamb......can play ALL three WR positions at a level.
Pickens...monster catch radius, insane YAC, and plays with an Irvin/Dez mentality

Pickens has never had a QB like Dak and keep in mind, he's considered a #2 coz immaturity and being a knucklehead with the Steelers. Never been a question of talent. I think we are now seeing him play the game with his head........reading defenses and coverages. He and Dak are seeing the same thing without seeing the same thing.
