Teams were pretty healthy when they played us...if they cant stay on the field because they are getting beat up like rag dolls that is not our fault.

Not only that, but we have been playing with some pretty significant injuries too. Starting WR, starting SOLB, starting CB, starting NT, best ST player. Gimme a break.

I think when we beat NE, it'll be bigger than when we beat IND last year. I imagine going into the game we'll be considered less of an underdog than we were going into the IND game, but we'll be regarded as definite Super Bowl contenders after winning versus last year when we we were still considered a meh team after winning against INDY.

Actually, at that point in the season there were a lot of people picking us to win the NFC. Then we folded up like a cheap umbrella.

Did we know the Dolphins would be totally inept when we played them? No,
the Dolphins defense was thought to be a top 10 defense before they got wrecked.

Did we know the Bears would finally be exposed? No, they were thought to have a top 5 defense when they got wrecked.

Did the Rams have a top 10 defense today? Yes, and they got wrecked.

Maybe the big physical playing by the Cowboys has something to do with why their opponents end up struggling for a a bit.

Is NE a different beast? Absolutely. But the Cowboys are not where they are because they have not played anybody. They have conquered every thing put before them.
