Counter would have been to quickly get the ball to the other side with blockers out in front, but the Giants didn't seem to have a clue what we were about to do thanks to the linebacker not committing early.

Jaylon is a very good blitzer when used like this, as an extra standup blitzer from anywhere instead of lining him up like a dlineman. Let him use his legs and blitz in space instead of lining up head to head with the big boys.

Jaylon as an option blitzer, either dropping back in coverage or blitzing. Make the most of his smarts, athleticism, and versatility.
