We need to defend Nelson/Cobb like we did Calvin/Tate

Green Bay is a highly efficient finesse team. If you punch them in the mouth, they bleed and they fold. A lot like the Eagles in that sense, but you let them sit back and relax? And it'll be terrible for us.

Unlike Detroit and Dallas, you can't take Jordy Nelson out of the game. GB finds a way to get him the ball, whether he's alone outside or in the middle of a bunch set or in motion. And he's just as dangerous on a short slant as on a deep post. The key is a little pressure on the QB and good tackling in the secondary.
He was held to 70 yards or less in 6 games this year. Under 100 yards in 9 games. Held without a TD in 6 games. He's their #1 receiver, yes, but he's not unstoppable.

uh, not even close to this years team. Eddie Lacy is about as finesse as Mama Cass in high heels. And while some say their offensive line is a weak link, It isn't. Rodgers is rarely touched. Their defense since the bye week has been the one punching people in the mouth. No RB has run for a hundred yards against them since the bye week. That included some pretty good rushers. Not as good as Murray but still quality RBs that should run better than they have shown. Watch the first few series and see if any of the players are slipping. It is amazing watching teams go to Lambeau and make a cut right in to the dirt and go down because they have the wrong cleats on. This will not be a fast tract. Something that will benefit both offenses.

Rodgers was sacked 28 times in the regular season, Romo 29 times.

I wouldn't say he goes untouched.

And we'll see what Lacy can do against our run defense.

I believe he will have a great day. The safetys for Dallas will have to stay back and dare Rodgers to beat them. That is your hope to beat Rodgers. Detroit did that and Eddie was great. Blitz Rodgers and he will bury you. Packers will get their points. Dallas will get theirs too. Hopefully, the guys in green get a few more.

I agree with that plan.

I think most importantly, we need to keep everything in front of us. We can't allow those 60 yard bombs to Nelson that they seem to have every time they play at home. Make them have 8 and 9 play drives in order to score and buckle down in the red zone like we have been doing all year. If we can do that and can somehow get ahead of them then they'll start to press alittle bit and that's when Rodgers first interception at Lambeau field since 2012 will be found.
