I think we either win 3 or all 4 and still are out. Which is fine with me. This team is good, but not great. It has about four holes to fill IF Guyton comes along as they seem to think he can.
We need at least a RT who can pass block; a skilled pass rusher---no, not Parson's level but better than what we have; at least ONE very good LB; and perhaps a safety. We can fill two of those in the draft with the #1s. We'll have to trade, sign, or find with a #2 or #3 the other 2. Dak has one more great year in him. And I'd really like to see us get a better LT, but that's a luxury now.
 
After the Eagles loss last week, Jerry said he was "excited" and rejuvenated because "we have a real shot" at the playoffs

I believe Jerry. He knows football, and is not drunk and full of BS

As much as I would like to see it, it is very improbable. Philly might lose 2, but we have a hard time going 4-0.

Eagles have Bills and two division games. The East always has had suprising outcomes in games. You never know. If we lose tonight then yes you are correct but the fat lady still hasn't sang yet.

They only have to lose 2 games if we win out. They have Bills and two division games. Still a slim chance unless we lose tonight or any game from here.
 
Ok with the outcomes today, looks to me like chicago needs to lose out and the lions need to lose one but NOT to the bears... Best chance probably to pittsburgh... for us to WC.

most likely good scenario for us now as the west teams already at 10 wins so they are not losing out and I doubt minnesota can beat the lions.

South did help us though as it looks like only one of them Is getting to playoffs if we win out.

Not impossible due to the level of opponents the bears play but...

No best way is Eagles lose to Bills and one to Commodes. Quinn could be coaching for his job and is friends with Shotty so they won't just give up. Most important thing is we win out.
 
I knew this season was over when we handed teams a win early. Our secondary was never going to be good enough to beat a playoff team. Zone coverage kills us and unless we get splash plays we can’t make up for it. Our DC just needs to go man coverage the rest of the year and bring heat. We have to play chargers next. That would tell us a lot. Maybe egirls give us a shot at the division. But that tie game will be a killer…

Well yeah but I am going over WC possibilities. Winning the div would be great and yes regardless we have to win. Not puitting much hope in it myself but I will entertain it as long as we win .:thumbup:

Yeah but losing three is less likely then two. While I am always hoping us winning next three is also not a given. I'll be honest.
 
Speaking of being honest. The Rams and Broncos look scary. Not sure we could beat them even if we made playoffs. Thought Broncos might just been lucky but they proved tonight they are for real.
