You know I see it this way. Romo is playing catch up because the coach badly miscalculated what he had in Romo this year. Bill should have gone with hi gut and started Romo from day one. Had he done so I would have though 8-8 was nonsense. Because he waited 6 weeks I am hopeful because of what we have to look forward to at the QB position but I wonder if too much damage has already been done. The defense has a lot of issues to work out in one week. They're very suspect and now have taken the reigns as the largest problem on this team right now.

I see 9-7 (with a pipe dream for 10-6) being more likely only because the second half of our season will be more home game friendly and Romo will be back there leading us for scores.

When we had the won loss poll before the Carolina game...I had them 8-8. It still seems right to me even though my reasoning has changed on the reasons why.

We have the talent and potential to win every game we have left, with the exception of Indy. The Colts are just too good right now. I'm dreading watching Peyton Manning carve up our secondary.

It's just a matter of whether or not the team shows up. Will the O-line stop committing stupid penalties. Will the secondary stop blowing coverage assignments. Will TO catch the damn ball.

We've beaten ourselves in virtually every loss this year because we don't come ready to win football games. This team just has no swagger or desire to win.
