I dont think its vastly overrated, and we do have several guys that one can easily argue are at the top of the league or very close to the top of the league at their position. We have several people who have underachieved and some holes, but there is enough talent to be better than this IMO.

We got as far as we can go with Wade, he has to be replaced.

At this point I agree with you, there isn't a massive rebuilding job here, we just need the right leadership.

A smart, non-desperate coach will wait until the season is over before committing to anyone. I doubt Shanny will be named HC before the end of the year. Even then, I prefer Cowher but I think he is salivating over the Carolina job if it becomes available.

kinda my feeling. would you take the 1st job that came along if you felt other opportunities would be there too? and if my "employer" were wanting to rush it, i'd have to figure out why.

I'd love to have Gruden. He'd be great for Romo's development and he's edgy enough to keep these players in check.

I hope the worst professionally for Garrett. I absolutely cannot stand him. It's a shame that local media and angry fans have to dictate the tempo of the offense each week after he makes mistake after mistake.

The guy can't adjust in games to save his life. So many of our losses and close wins are directly related to an inept offense that it's sickening. We have the talent. This idiot just can't get them to function. That's a shame really.
