Let's put it like this: The number of coaches who can win at a high level under Jerry Jones is exceedingly small. We just have to hope we stumble upon another Jimmy Johnson.

We would not have won with Jimmy under current conditions. Jimmy was given full control of football operations.

Of course - ESPN shows Jerry being asked if he's going to fire anyone. The man's presence is just too big for any player or coach to succeed. You can't win championships when your owner is the biggest figure on the team. You always hear the change in atmosphere/culture that ex-players mention when they go to another team and I believe that is tied directly to not having someone like Jerry hovering around as the mascot/owner
