Romo is a cold weather guy. Grew up in Wisconsin, attended college in Illinois.
What do you think Tony did all winter long with his neighborhood pals and buddies? That's right, play in that frozen tundra endless hours training his body to ignore stupid obstacles such as the weather to get in his way of having fun and winning.

My money is on Romo being calm and collected all night tonight.
