If Romo goes down I'd rather us just tank the season and put Coach Garret out there, after all he was a back up Quarterback.

Realistically neither Weeden or Pryor will be here long term or even contribute to playoff success, so I honestly don't want either. If Weeden was younger I'd easily say him, but sadly he's already up there in age despite only playing a couple seasons.

True, and the arm is about the same.

I always thought with a backup quarterback scrambling ability was always a good thing to have. Weeden looked terrible with the same oline Vaughn had.

I'm not sure of your point here...

With the exception one one quarter in the first preseason game, Vaughan has been awful. Weeden looked good when playing with the starting unit in that same game.

I'm referring to the last the game. Weeden was playing with a back up oline vs a back up defense and showed no poise or accuracy. He has a great arm, but doesn't really throw an accurate ball deep.

Either way if Orton or Vaughn are in a game for us then we most likely lose. I am not saying cut weeden or sign pryor, but I wouldn't be opposed to getting some more competition in that spot.

Pryor. Season is over if Romo goes down anyway. May as well make the rest of the games interesting if not competitive. Weeden provides neither.
