actually all plans change, you usually go with the hot hand, whos goign to have a great game, we dont know, if the run game is going, are you going to stick with the pass? Do you know which player on teh opposite team will have a great day? If your plan is to take out Odell, but the other guy is catching everything thrown his way, it kinda changes your plans.

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt, but no one knows anything once the ball is kicked. You can stick to your game, it might work, but if Elliot is having a great day, run that ball, If Witten isnt catching it, change catchers. Who knows, Swaim might kill that day. We never know, thats my thought.

The Vagiants signed a couple of free agents that they are overpaying for. I'm not sure that makes their pitiful defense that much better. They still have terrible LBers. Run the ball and then run it some more. Beat them down and then hit them with intermediate passes.

This is an interesting point. I didn't think about playing the Giants on the 15th anniversary. I don't think there's any doubt that special occasions like that sway how games are called (even if you don't buy into an anti-Cowboys bias).
