I think his point is that the Cowboys scored 48 points, not 14. In a normal football game, that wins hands down. To simply blame Romo (although he obviously deserves some blame) for the loss is just plain ignorant.

Don't pay any attention to trolls like TwoDeep and Trailblazer, it's just business as usual. People who don't know anything about football obsess over single plays in a 60 minute football. If you see cliches like "when it matters most" or "when it's all on the line", you know it's troll time.

You may call names as you like. It appears to me the apologists use that tactic when they get push back. But facts are facts. There was hope of winning the game, and a strong likelihood of same, until...

.

If you think that me calling your statement "ignorant" is name-calling...wow...please do not step foot into the real world. Stay inside with the lights off and doors locked where it's safe.

You're right. One fact is that Romo threw an interception at the end of the game.

Here's another fact for you. The Broncos dropped 51 on a professional football defense.

It's a miracle that we even sniffed a chance to win that game. The reason why we had a chance? Tony Romo.

48 points (by far the most any team scored on Denver all year) and a near perfect outing and some massively moronic fans think that one pick (vs 500 yards and 5 TDs) tells the story.
You can't make this stuff up; we have some of the flat out dumbest fans on the planet.

As great as that game was, it wasn't as important to the season as any of the 5 division games that they won...or the one they lost.

I agree.

I still think that's the best game I've ever seen. Kellen Winslow was a beast in that game. They had to carry him off the field he was so exhausted.

Yep. Didnt he also block a FG or PAT in that game? It was an unbelieveable game. How the momentum would change etc. And big plays? They had 'em. If memory serves me, I think just before halftime a "hook and lateral" was worked to perfection. (I think Miami)

Absolutely. That play was a thing of beauty. And Winslow did block a potential game winning FG in that game

2010 Packers vs Cardinals in the playoffs with Arizona winning 51-45.

Rodgers had 5 TDs (4 Passing, 1 Rushing), Warner had 5 TDs (All Passing), and they passed for 802 yards.

It had more touchdowns but less yards than Manning vs Romo 2013.

That's up there some where.

ah yes the game that Rodgers was lauded for playing despite the fact he threw INT early and then literally fumbled the game away at the end
