2(58). Trade down with Kansas City to #63 and #92
Kansas City willing to overpay to move up 5 spots for the guy they want.

2(63). Delonte Thompson S Alabama
Has the size and length that Richard desires in his secondary. Although not a top 30 visit, they did have conversations with him at the combine. Once considered a 1st round pick has fallen due to not great year in 2018. Can play FS or SS although frankly Dallas uses their safety position as more FS for both than a true SS.

3(90). Dawson Know TE Mississippi
Some believe he goes higher, still has a lot to learn although excellent upside and should progress rapidly with Witten as a tutor. Has potential to be the starter although we as of yet do not know how Moore is going to taylor the offense around his receivers.

3(92). Emmanuel Hall WR Missouri
He will be the slot guy eventually. Can also work outside, speed to burn, return specialist as well, should get a good bit of schooling from Cobb. Strong hands, poor routes because didn't have to run them as much, could be a nice weapon once Sanjay gets him trained.

4(128). Traded to Arizona for Robert Nkemdiche DT giving up 128 and Allen Hurns
Former 1st round in 2016 by Arizona, they aren't happy with him, he never wanted to go to Arizona, might be just the guy that Marinelli, Richard and Lett can turn around into a great 3 tech. With 2 years to go on his rookie deal might be another great trade.

4(136). Traded to Denver along with Tavon Austin for #148 and #182
After drafting Hall, Austin becomes expendable and gives Flacco a speedy target

5(148). Isaiah Johnson CB Houston
A kid with a great size, length, and good speed. Type of kid that Richard and can turn into a great CB. Probably will make Lewis expendable. Good prospect and hard worker.

5(165). John Cominsky, DE, Charleston
Although small school guy has the ability to play all 4 spots on the DL. More of a rotation guy but very capable and steady, will always give you the best effort.

6(182). Bryce Love RB Stanford
Seems to be some uncertainty about about how well he is recovering from ACL surgery although he has been checked by Dallas doctors so maybe they know better as they did with Jaylon Smith. Kid could have been a 1st rounder if healthy.

7(241). Jalen Hurd WR Baylor
Unlimited potential, great size, speed and length, will need a year to transition, definitely has aspects of a top WR.

UDFAs:
Darius Harris LB Middle Tennessee St. - tough kid, Dallas likes him
Chris Westry CB Kentucky - great size, length and speed for Richard
Derrick Thomas CB Baylor- great size, length and speed for Richard
Alexander Mattison RB Boise St - underrated runner could sneak onto the roster until Love ready
Dre Greenway LB Arkansas - steady if unspectacular LB
Zach Gentry TE Michigan - big, tall, has potential
Tyler Roemer LT San Diego St. - except for attitude could be best OL in draft
Ryan Pope RT San Diego St. - steady guy, still learning
Jessie Burkett OC Stanford - could be the Looney replacement in a year
Kahzin Daniels DE Charlston - don't devalue him, might be the kid that makes hay
Will Harris S Boston College - could be drafted although strictly a SS guy

Some issues.

I am not sure it's wise to give up a 4th for Nkedmiche. I might throw a 7th at Arizona but not a 4th.

There's no chance Will Harris isn't drafted. He's likely gone in the 3rd or 4th round.

I wouldn’t give anything up for Nkemdichi. Guy just isn’t a good football player.

Good part - you waited till the end to mention Will Harris.

Bad part - you mentioned Will Harris as if he's some late round/UDFA type player. Also, he's a versatile safety that can cover...I would too cool with DAL drafting him in the 3rd.
