I wonder what story that they can come up with today and are they going to continue to do this every day until the draft?

Just saying dude, he didn't take that. It wasn't a selfie......wasn't his wife either.

Give me a 1000 dollar hand shake I would do it.

I do like the Jerry, creating stuff.

I feel the Texans made a move to get romo. No reason to not hold out unless I'm wrong on cap ramifications.

It will continue....we been losing for decades yet we are still in the news.

Romo helps that. He's not going anywhere for a while.

He definitely will not be on the team this year. The money you will save on the cap in future years means he has to go. You have a few years before Dak gets a new contract.

So how does that help us this summer with attention on the Cowboys. Keep him all summer, media drama.

We can talk about him June 1st.

They will make a decision before the draft. Probably soon cause Jerry likes Romo so much. He is trying to trade him but they already made it clear they would only trade him to a team he wanted to play for. That hurts his trade value because all the teams interested figures he will be released.

I don't think he is going anywhere. Finding money for FA is non issue. Since there is no trade market you go into 2017 with best 1-2 QB tandem in league.
I totally agree with you

Tomorrow will be Monday

Okay people the first step:
Repeat after me:
Romo will not be a cowboy this year.

Tomorrow we'll move on to step two.
Funny...& Good advice for them.

Quite frankly, I am not looking forward to hearing his name all summer long.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if this doesn't go into the slow road mode until draft day. I can see an offer on the table from Jacksonville that includes a Romo restructure and conditional on Jacksonville drafting Fournet. Then Jerry flips the bird at Houston and Denver. There may still be some Texas Holdem going on here.

^This. The Cowboys are engaged behind the scenes about what is going to happen. And they seem to be doing it as a family.

So as you would expect, there is a touchy/feely component in play here that can't be ignored and is visible to all.

The Cowboys broke the Godfather rule. "Never let anyone outside the family know what you're thinking."

Everyone is simply waiting for Romo to be released. Which they view as inevitable.
