Just read the article in the news forum. The simulations/ projections indicate that Wentz has a 69% chance of being a bust. If the scouts say that they " think" he could be a franchise qb, do you still take him at 4 or do you pass.

computer simulations may be popular but can they can they measure intangibles?

So whomever is responsible for that has figured out an algorithm to successfully predict the chance a player busts and the best way to use this is write an article? Shouldn't he be licensing this game changing tech out to NFL teams and making millions of dollars every year?

I see most going qbs being a bust because they are put into start way way way too soon. Let them sit, learn the system, receivers, and the speed of the game and I bet that number would drop substantially.

Heres my prediction-HE will be a complete bust if the Browns draft him.

I don't even think he'll bust there unless they flat out can't protect him.

The throws he can make with the ability to buy time and extend plays just about makes him bust proof.

At worst he'll be solid imo. Just outside of being a top 10 QB but no worse than the 15th best QB in the league.

The Browns organization are QB career killers. They have ruined many good QB prospects and they will do the same to Wentz or Goff. I truly believe that some of these prospects would have been decent QBs with other teams. I am scared that Wentz wouldn't have the coaching in Dallas with Wilson as a QB coach. I do not put any faith into a computer predicting anything to do with a QB's success however.
