Joe Flacco went 17th coming out of Delaware. Senior Bowl week will give us an idea of his value, but it is very unlikely he is not a second round prospect or better

I heard he has a gun but he's showing me he has touch too. Nice TD pass for someone sitting out 3 months.

He's putting the ball in the right places, but the speed of the game is significantly less than that of division 1 A. I think he'll have a steep learning curve, but could become a starter in the NFL

It's probably hyperbole and largely just me being speculative, but if Garrett coaches the guy, gets to know him and understand how he ticks, I could easily see him pitching the staff on taking him at #4.
