JJ's going to have to get a guy like Turner, Reeves, or maybe Phillips would be interested. It's going to have to be somebody closer to the end of his career, IMO. Why would a young coach take the job, with Garrett waiting in the wings?

Yeah, this absolutely insane. Two year contract? Holy Christ, Jerry should just tell the world that Jason will be head coach in two years.

Is the job going to be left up to Bowles? We can't get a top DC from another organization in a lateral move.

And even if you do succeed, you're times up with the Cowboys in any case.
