We've never gotten over this moment this was the moment of our downfall

Let's not forget stupid ssa Brady James and his personal foul penalty that kept a Giants drive alive and resulted in a Giants TD.
The bs call on Ware being offsides that would have fixed them to punt and the next play or so, they score a long TD. Ware was not offsides , he just times the count perfectly.

Milton was a 5 and when you get down to 5’s ok it’s maybe worth the risk . Rush & Lance had to go so I could almost see the Milton deal
Myself also, I was just seeing if you want to talk about draft picks.

Defense most of them except perhaps one of the 5’s you need depth OL . Dallas has 3 fifth round picks.
We have what two picks in the first three rounds. We should take an edge line and linebacker for the middle.

I want a sideline to sideline physical LB Sonny Styles And Aveion Terrell a physical cover corner round one .

Boye Mafe still in his 20’s is a FA watch him as part of that stout Seattle D in the playoffs.
Round 4 see who’s on the board preferably another Edge

Even though Romo bungled that snap, I still think the Seahawks go right down the field and kick the winning field goal to win the game.

We absolutely did lose that game because Romo choked. The defense might have gotten the stop. We don't know because Romo couldn't handle a basic football play when it mattered most, just like in the Denver game. Played great all game until the moment of truth, Then he choked and threw a blatant game ending pick.

Playing great but then choking the game away at the worst possible moment does not grant you the benefit of "we didn't lose because of him". It's the exact opposite. We lost specifically because of him.
The other issue for me is that you never have your starting QB be a holder on the FG team. Romo never should have been on the field. And it was just a miscue, which happens from time-to-time.

This !!! People forget that .
I understand that sentiment but I don't agree. It's not like the Seahawks had run up and down the field that day. The defense had really held them in check most of the day. Two INTs, less than 100 yard rushing and less than 240 yards passing. I simply reject that they were magically going to turn into some offensive juggernaut against that defense with under a minute left in the game.

I think ( could be wrong). But didn’t Roy Williams have a shot at a tackle that would have been like for a loss or no yard but instead Alexander was able to get a huge first down and allow them to ice the game? I could be dreaming.

When Jerry’s ego couldn’t handle Jimmy being the architect of 2 super bowls and fired him thats when it was over

That’s not exactly true.We had a moment like that with The Catch. That play crushed the franchise for a decade. At least we were more than viable after the snap. The Catch essentially ended America’s Team and Tom Landry at the same time.

And people say he’s never had a team to support him
Romo had a team in 2006, and certainly 2007.
Too bad that was when Romo just started getting starts. He wasn't at his best.
When Romo got starter snaps in preseason, he put up a big season in 2007, and that was without Glenn. And then TO got his high ankle sprain for the playoffs.
