well, as much as I wanted to beat detroit, I didn't think we were going to go 8-0 to end the season. I expected us to go 4-1 in the last 5 games. now with the loss to detroit coming so early, it puts pressure on cowboys to win the last 4.

the one thing that really p!ssed me off about this loss was the defense reverting back. they gave up the highest number of points...44. we had no answer for gibbs. campbell's jumbo formation totally threw Eberflus for a loop. and Murray was even worse than he had been all season. the effort wasn't there. the physicality wasn't there. we just acted as if we didn't want to be there.

and I am ticked at Picken with his half arsed effort. we were warned he was like a petulant child. he acted like it...just quit on the team in that game.

Stop saying things like “we all…” because I can promise you most on here did not. The chances of this team pulling themselves out of the hole Jerry put this team in with his imbecilic roster management were obviously very low. The team still has holes that need to be filled in the off season and Jerry will likely ignore everyone of them in FA and try to fill all of them with two first round picks.

Shame that he’s such a dunce because he has accidentally put himself in a position to have a rounded out roster next year if he’s willing to spend the money in FA. We aren’t that far away from being a really good team with competent FO leadership laser focused on Lombardis, but that’s like asking pigs to fly.

Kenneth Murray plays so soft as a linebacker. I never seen a guy run into blocks and get stuck to them as much has he does. If I was the coach I would just play Marist Lufau over him. Marist can play out of control sometimes but at least he is physical. I hate having a soft linebacker.

It’s hard to win in the NFL.

I can’t help but notice a prominent name is missing from your list of accountable individuals.

The feelings I’m having today aren’t about the Lions game. My frustration is knowing that the reasons why we are on the outside looking in are due to what happened in August and September.

In my opinion, this team being at .500 with four games to go is an overachievement. 65% of the Zone predicted a losing season in 2025.

We aren’t missing the playoffs because we didn’t win four in a row in November.

We are missing the playoffs because Jerry, in an ego driven panic move, blew up the season six days before the opener and didn’t do anything about it for nine weeks.

At that point, we were 3-5-1 and pretty much needed to finish with 8 straight wins.

Again, a team with a rookie head coach and an entirely new coaching staff, traded their best player days before game one with absolutely no plan on how to proceed.

The coaches, in my opinion, were given a totally raw deal by a man-child owner throwing a temper tantrum and the fact that we clawed back to .500 is a surprise.
