I would say no because he is just too inconsistent. You can't blame it on the WR's because he had loads of talent there to work with in Donte' Stallworth and Joe Horn. I just think he gets too indecisive at times and makes poor decisions. When he did play good, he showed the talent to be one of the best QB's in the game. But when he played bad, he REALLY played bad and stunk up the place.

I have to agree with you... BUT I'm just one of those guys who always roots for guys to resurrect there careers...like Tommy Maddox did that one year...hell I root for Quincy Carter aka Q Dawg to one day get off the GlassDi** and play some damn football....I guess I like undadoggs....Peace

There's going to be a team out there who brings him in and signs him to their roster. I can only pray that it's just not this one. The guy will make a couple of great plays per game but you won't even remember them due to the dozens of other horrible decisions he will have made in that same game.

If Henson stinks it up in NFLE and Dallas thinks they need a veteran back up, then Brooks would be an okay choice. He can't screw up games on the sidelines and what are the Cowboys or any teams chances with a back up anyway.

If Dallas does not feel either young QB currently on the roster can't do the job then Brooks or some other vet would make sense as a backup.

This guy is a jack @*&#*#@. He made comments a year ago about Jake Dehlome that Dehlome was a good QB, but he was a great QB but wasn't surrounded by good players. He actually said that. This was after the Panthers had just gone to the Super Bowl. He thinks way too much of himself, and is way too inconsistent. Imagine Bill after he throws off his back foot for another interception. He is TERRIBLE, and not a leader.
