What are our top 3 needs to take this team to the next level

So my thoughts are DE DE CB

I know SS WR OLB CB and a threat at PR/KR may also be on Somes list

in order DE, CB, WR. We need a reliable pass rush option. Lawrence is solid but he does his damage when hes going one on one with a blocker. We have no idea of Mo chases a pay day and O Scan has looked horrible. Injuries may have ended his career short. Lets see how long his gold digging wife stays around if he can't play football no more. WR is obvious as well. T Will and Butler may look for money over success and Beasley is a slot receiver only. We at the very least have Frazier, Smith, and Whitehead at SS, LB, and return man.

DE more DE LB. Unless we get good news about Smith. THen replace LB with CB. I feel like we will be looking for some Oline help as well. Dont think Free will be here next year.

I think a starting SS can be had in the 4th if we are not sold on Frazier. Especially a box safety. they usually go later in the draft and i would love a better or even complimentary kick returner next to Whitehead. I like the RB out of Cali. Khalfani Muhammad. Hes small but strong & tough. 4.3 speed and reaches top speed in an instant. Very shifty and strong hands as well. seen him truck a few safeties and corner and still take it to the house.

I assume your talking about John Ross. I would still take him if he last to our 1st. He can be a nightmare and even take over as our number 1 if Dez goes down again.

Defensive End & Line Backer should be our first two draft picks come April.

We currently have a bend but don't break defense and correcting our lack of big play moments on that side of the ball would make Dallas next level going forward.

Next level? A RDE definitely.

SS and CB are definitely needs but dont necessarily take us to the next level. A WR could very well take us to the next level if you hit on a guy like Will Fuller

Adding an effective pass rushing DE, will really effect all levels of the defense
