Had to rig an umbrella on my smoker. Doing a 10lb brisket, bbq beans and potato salad.

Just dropped the brisket, pork butt is added in about 6 hours and ribs will go on sometime tomorrow :)

Smokin' a butt again this weekend, myself.

Along with a habenero mustard sauce, which will be the first time I've attempted this.

Gonna try the "Swineapple". It's a pineapple cut in half, lengthwise, hollowed out enough to insert seasoned boneless pork ribs, put back together and wrap the pineapple in bacon, and smoke on the Big Green Egg! Should be interesting;).

peel the pineapple or leave skin on? Not sure how it works with bacon on the skin :confused:

Looks great. Cooked two butts last night. Recently got a Primo and was my first smoke on it. Transitioning from a weber bullet and amazed at how little charcoal is used with a ceramic cooker.

Really want to try the swineapple. That sounds really good!
