How do you plan on spending the first big Sunday of the year?



I am trying to find a good Recipe for Burgers?

Anyone have a good one that wants to share?



I am having freinds and family over.

Spend the day watching as many games as possible - I'm gonna hold off on the alcohol til the fella's come over for the sunday night game, but I'll terrorize some burgers. Put a whole mess of wings in the crock-pot around lunchtime, come 8 o'clock, they'll be ready to be paired with beer and washed down me gullet. Then, me and 4 friends get to drive our wives crazy for a few hours as we belch, fart, and scream our way to a Cowboys victory.

Oh....it's just about the greatest day of the year.

What are you doing?

You want a secret for burgers that doesnt involve a recipe.

Seriously. Cook the burgers half the speed(less flame/heat) that you normally do. Cover them for the first 85% of their cooking time.

This locks in the natural juice and flavor. Doesnt suck the burger dry.

Mix Worchestershire with Soy sauce and a little Tony Cacheres....... Marinade for couple of hours in the fridge and you're in business!
