Romo has at least 3-5 years left, and if I put away a couple hundred bucks a year, I would be in good standing on the bet if somehow I lost. The fact that I didn't have to pay right away made this an obvious bet.

After the Super Bowl, my friend bet me that Romo would never take the Cowboys to the NFC Championship game. Please note that the bet is not that he wins the NFC Championship game, but that he takes the team there.

The prize is 1000 dollars.

Edit: I should also note that this bet goes on for as long as Tony Romo is a Cowboy.

Silly, one player do not take a team anywhere. It is a team sport.

That would have really helped last year and we were kinda robbed of one by the stupid 3 way tiebreaker. We beat Seattle at their house, had the same record, yet they got home field throughout. I know the rules but it stinks

The salad years are good ones. The time frame I am most interested in as far as a Romo or a Farve is the tail end of the career.
