So how many drafts and how many years now?
It's been 25+ years going on Eternity.
That's not up to me. But I hope they don't decide to go the 2016 route and do nothing.

Of course JG can fire him, those coaches are his staff.I don't think Garrett can fire anyone. Linehan may be gone, but it will be Jerry doing it.
Start the list with Earl Thomas. We will draft a few guys and hopefully hit on a couple of them
We will likely sign another swing tackle since I think Fleming will be gone
We will probably sign one guy people have heard of
That one guy hopefully can return punts
This board will have a mile long shopping list of free agents who we won’t sign
Changes: NONEIt would be funny as hell if there were no significant coaching changes in the off season huh? Some of y’all would completely blow a gasket.
As for me, I’m not really sure what exactly will happen. I figure there will be some changes but if I were putting down odds, I’d say marinella is the only one that would be more likely to go than not. I’d put linehan at 50-50, and Richard at a little below that as I don’t believe the golden child will get any offers. Moore is a complete non story. Come or go doesn’t matter really.
Buying those guys, who the heck knows.
And I’m not talking about who people want gone, but who you think actually will be forced out.
I didn't go as far as I should have in the OP but yeah, I didn't think there would be major coaching changes. And I'm fine with it.Changes: NONE
Results: East runs through us every alternate year and NFC Championship stays far far away and Super Bowl (Bwahahahahahahahaha)
Stop it.Changes: NONE

Nope JG said Linehans staying.I think we get a new OC and QB coach. Those are the two most likely changes.
Nope JG said Linehans staying.
We will change position coaches.
The worm turns every alternate year. Where have you been?Stop it.
I think the worm turned this year.
We discovered this team had a backbone.
Hallahluya.
My worm turned to its sunny side. The worm turns every alternate year. Where have you been?
LOL: I have learnt so much from you. This piece should be on the discovery channel. My worm turned to its sunny side.
Even number years are success.
Odd not.
You watch your worm...I watch mine.
This would be a very boring world if your worm and my worm were alike.
Worms are no two alike.
Did you know your worm can identify you like fingerprints.?
Be careful where you touch your worm.
Hmmmm..
I'd like to see Prescott gone but don't think that'll happen. He's much of the reason this team got beat so bad the other night. Not because he totally sucked, because he wasn't too bad, but because the Rams played the run and without Elliot, this team falters because Prescott is not a real threat. See how Goff threw that ball?
Other than him, here is my wish list:
- Draft a "real" QB
- Linehan fired
- Moore fired
- Richards promoted but I think he'll end up taking the Miami HC job
- Need to draft a big NT
- Need a good TE (can't believe I'm saying that after all the TE's they've drafted over the years)
- Need to find Frederick's replacement in case he doesn't return
- Need a RB who can be used in the passing game
- Zeke needs to practice 4th and 1's.
- O-line needs to practice blocking on 4th and 1's.
There are more I'm sure but that's enough for now. Oh yea, they also need a new playbook. The one they have stinks.
Nothing.
We’ll line up and try to out athlete our opponents next year.
We’ll waste another year of Zeke and the rest of our talent just like we did in the Romo days with Ware, Dez, and Witten.
It’s what Garrett does.
if they want ot keep sucking then they need to stay just like theyare don't change any body
nate--oh man how terrible..but...i think you are right...Jerry has made billions with vanilla for last 20+ years..why change?Nothing will change. We're content with division titles now.
