This isn't just a controversial questionable call. It is deliberate overcompensation and tampering.
Prove it! You can't because that's just you're opinion.

Don't care if we get anything or not the game has been lost. I'm moving on from that call. Again that one call alone did not cost us the game. Should have closed out the second quarter better. Should have recovered that kick off fumble. Murray should have scored a TD instead of fumbling.
Like I stated before big deal. We would have never seen the greatness of Rogers because the refs took that one time opportunity away from him and gave Green Bay the win on the silver platter. Call it what you want but refs have ruined that game. Yet the Media will still proclaim Rogers as the greatest ever even though he didn't even win the game at Lambeau. The refs did that for him.
Overturning the CATCH had nothing to do with the rules, since 6 football moves were made, and the process was complete, when one elbow, not to mention two, were down BEFORE the ball came out.
Rules didn't matter to the replay official. That's proof enough for me.
We've seen the greatness of Rodgers which is why he has the elite status he does. He's won a SB, a league MVP and is the favorite to win the MVP this season. He's a great QB and I have no problem acknowledging he's a great QB. I respect his ability as I do all great players and he did what he needed to do on the Packers final drive by maintaining the ball and running out the clock on the Cowboys. He converted two 3rd downs on that drive and the Cowboys defense couldn't hold. The refs impacted that game as well as the Lions/Cowboys game the previous week and I'm sure it will result in some rule changes for next year.
Rogers is pampered by the media. The media was oozing how he overcame adversity because he had a limp leg and won. Yet they don't get the time of day to Romo. Like I said, the refs game Rogers and Green Bay that game on a silver platter. If they really think he's all that than stop giving him these easy games which he racks his stats and help from the refs.
Move on
Why don't you stop telling people to move on, and get lost yourself. the NFL screwed the cowboys.and i will never move on. and im sick of people like you telling me to move on.
They stole a play not the game. Dallas didnt play good enough and made too many mistakes.
This sounds like healthy behavior.
The view you have is that of a Cowboys FAN it's clear that you don't like him. I have a different perspective because I'm not a biased fan. I respect the ability of great players regardless what team they play for. I didn't like Deion Sanders when he played and still don't but I can admit he was a great player. Last Sundays game was not an easy game for Rodgers he was clearly gimpy but he came through in a tough 5 point win. If he's not any healthier tomorrow the Packers may be in for a rough day vs the Legion of Doom. Rodgers is going to have a tough time avoiding Seattle's pass rush if his mobility is still limited. Wouldn't surprise me if Seattle beats up on Green Bay like they did in the season opener. Rodgers hit the deck 4 times that night and may be put down more than that tomorrow if he can't move around better than he did last week.
This thread along with some of your comments really have me shaking my head. Some of the accusations you're making are ridiculous. We're all disappointed in the outcome of that play but most of it falls on the RULES than the officials. The ball came loose immediately when Dez hit the ground and by rule to complete the process he has to maintain control of the football all the way through the contact of the ground. It makes no difference if his elbow was down just prior to the ball coming loose this wasn't a fumble. When a receiver is going to the ground it's not ruled a catch until after they contact the ground and are able to maintain control of the football all the way through the contact of the ground. A fumble is ruled differently because an elbow is like a knee and once an elbow is down it makes no difference if the ball comes loose because possession has already been established.
The ball did not come loose when Dez made contact with the ground. Dez had possession with both hands on his shoulder. He securely transferred it to his left hand. It never once budged in his hand until AFTER both elbows impacted the turf. THE PROCESS WAS COMPLETE WHEN THE FIRST ELBOW HIT!!!
