If Murray doesn't fumble, we go up 21-7 and that's pretty much game against a one legged QB.
Murray fumbled away our ticket to the NFC title game, so be pissed at him just as much as everybody is pissed at the refs............If Bailey makes his kick, instead of being down 5, we are down 2 and kick a FG to take the lead on 4th and 2 instead of going deep to Dez.
So be pissed at Bailey as well, his miss had a huge impact on the game and this was the second straight playoff game he missed a kick, starting to think he cant handle the pressure kicks (see miss at end of regulation against Houston).
Also be pissed at Garrett for not running a play when the refs gave us a first down, instead he calls timeout and gives the refs a chance to review it, so be pissed at Garrett for botching that series.
I hope everybody is starting to see my point, it was not just the refs that made a mistake, it was Garrett for calling a timeout, it was Bailey for missing a FG, and it was Murray as well for fumbling on a breakaway TD. Yes, we got screwed on the Dez catch but as Garrett said, there were 56 mins before that and 4 mins after that and there were plenty of mistakes made by a lot of different people that contributed to this loss.
Moral of story.............don't fumble breakaway TDs, don't miss FGs, don't botch a timeout call, and also don't rush 3 at a one legged QB all day................don't be in a position where one bad call cost you the game.
see, this is ironic. I'm glad that the ref got the call right. Refs should not affect the game one way or the other. Playoff games are too important for referee mistakes.
