    A 3rd at most. WAS can’t get a 2 for Trent Williams and he does not have Tyron’s back injury history

    You don't trade an all pro left tackle that's still performing better than 99% of the rest of them.

    its not about getting rid of a player for perhaps draft picks, but its about how you replace that player. most teams draft LT very high in the draft. they come at a premium. we have ours, so you want to get rid of him. how do you replace him? how will you protect your QB? I doubt if at this point in his career he will fetch a 1st round pick...probably at best a low 2nd, but even that may seem high as I wouldn't pay that if we needed a LT and smith played for some other team. so maybe a low 3rd at the very best. not worth the trade.

    You couldn't replace him for what you could get for him so you'd be better off keeping him. Sometimes the best trades are the ones you don't make.
