He's still out there. He's from the area. I know he's not ideal but he would be a vet and that would more then likely be easy on the cap. I guess I just worry about our WR sito.

I don't think he would be a good fit. We have two veteran starters, a hopeful to emerge at 3rd and 2-3 young prospects behind. Brown just doesn't have the talent anymore to bring enough to the table. Just my opinion - I don't think we need him.

I think he should retire. Sign a one-day deal w/Oak and call it a career.

I would rather see Crayton or Copper get the PT. I believe one of them will step up for us this year.

10 years ago I would have said yes but entering his 18th year I don't think so.

So........... no then?

Right! I like Tim Brown and I know at one time he stated he wanted to play for Dallas since he had grown up in the area. I think he is a class act but again 18th year at the WR position that is a bit much. I think he is the last raider to have played for the LA Raiders

I shoulda dded him to the who you met list.
He went to the same church as my best friend(who is now a minister: he escaped my evil influence lol).

I also went to school with his girl cousin. She set a state record in the 200 meters when she was in high school.

He is an unbelievably good guy who gave a ton to that church but who has nothing left to give to an NFL team on the playing field.

I hope he can get a front office job. Real class act who should mentor young athletes.
Would love to see him replace Calvin Hill here after an apprenticeship.

There isn't a scale that measures how much I'd hate to add more Geritol to our WR corps.

Drew Bledsoe would whip him in a 40 yard dash.

No thanks.

I read somewheres Tim was offered a personnel/recruiting job by Notre Dame.

He should take it.

At some point, you have to see if the youngster can develop. I actually liked what I saw of both Crayton and Copper last year.
