Since the Cowboys need help from teams ahead of them to make it into the playoffs, I thought it would be interesting to see how fans think they will do in the games they actually control.

What do you think the Cowboys record will be over last 5 games?

4-1.

Loss to either the Chargers or Commanders. Or maybe that's just my wish because if we lose to the Lions we're finished.

I expect 49ers or Seahawks to drop some more games. Because 49ers don't look so good without bad teams doing dumb things to themselves like the Panthers and Browns. Seahawks probably won't drop below us, so we need to them to beat the 49ers and for the Niners to lose some more in addition.

Or maybe the Seahawks even go 1-4 who knows. Their schedule has been pretty weak.

I picked 4-1 for a couple of reasons.

Can't take the cheese just yet. The Cowboys are one of the hottest teams right now, but I still fear the Accident Waiting to Happen. The loss could be to any team remaining just simply because they show up flat and the other team is fired up.

It is possible that the team finds itself able to rest the starters in the final game. Maybe the stars align, and we get sufficient help while winning the next 4.

In the last 30 yrs we've managed to put some good teams together for something that seems to happen. My most notable was the slippery football. No doubt in my mind we kick that field goal we win the SB. Just dumb luck. I don't know what team showed up when we played GB at home either. Will this game be another I don't think so.I guess we shall see

well I think it will be 4-1 because that would be our Cowboys of the last 30 years.... but I picked 5-0 because that is the dream. lol

5-0, no question. They have to win out and will. These are all playoff games for them, which is beautiful. That will bring out their best. And their best is awfully good. The Cowboys are the best team in the league imo. A fun game today and another this coming Monday evening.

Ask me after the game tonite lol… If they win vs Det, then running the table following a mini bye is possible

Gonna be a dawg fight in MoTown.

4-1. Watched some talking heads yesterday on Youtube who have been in the facilities and are not Cowboys fans, and they are swearing that it's not talk this year, something is different with the team vibe since Marshawn's death and the trades. Almost sold me on a 5-0 finish.

Lions - win - Lions too hurt, away game, tough team, but Cowboys are still on a roll and much healthier
Chargers - win - Herbert hurt, even if he comes back he won't be throwing the same
Vikings - win - they're starting undrafted QBs because of the injuries, season over
Giants - win - our annual beeotches in the Dak Era
Commanders - loss, DQ plays the spoiler if he still has his team behind him, if Cowboys dont lose this game it will be the Lions game

What I find interesting is the confidence of fans is now generally more positive then negative

:flagwave: I know it’s an indoor stadium but temperature at game time 17°F and clear.
This is a MUST WIN FOR BOTH TEAMS!!
If the Cowboys win, I can see them winning out.

If the Lions win, I think the Cowboys could implode since the season will realistically be over with only a 9% chance of getting in the playoffs at that point.

We’re about to see what kind of character the Boys are made of. Let’s hope coach Shotty has them fired up!!!
Both teams will need to play as if it’s the Super Bowl so should be a great game with a huge audience and huge implications!!

The whole thing rides on tonight's game. If they can beat a hungry and somewhat desperate Lions team in Detroit they will be coasting a following sea the rest of the way to the playoffs.

If the Lions bring them back down to earth, it's over.

I have no idea how it's going to play out. Could go either way.
