What # does Chris Canty wear?

The roster has him listed as #74...I thought he was wearing #99.

Yep, 99.

He had 74 for the first rookie mini camp. After that, they quickly changed it from that hallowed 74 to 99.

During minicamp he was #74 because Willie Blade was still on the roster

They will issue all numbers during the pre-season once the reg season comes around and the roster has been trimmed down numbers like 74 will be replaced with another number

when dallas is carrying 85 players on the rolls they are gonna use some numbers that they'll never issue jerseys for. bob lilly's sacred #74 should be one of those jersey-less numbers.

If I were Canty I'd make sure to have that #99 practice jersey washed, dry cleaned, sanatized, Martinized and checked for stains...
