Jason Garrett told the St. Louis Dispatch that he was in town merely for a second interview and that no job had been offered.

"It’s part of the interview process," player personnel director Billy Devaney insisted. "He wanted to look at the facility. We’re not close to moving on Jason Garrett. I’m not even going to say he’s the leading guy." Garrett is the only finalist to visit St. Louis, but he could be followed by Leslie Frazier, Steve Spagnuolo, or even Rex Ryan. Devaney still hopes to have a final decision by Monday.

SportingNews is reporting it is a done deal but I cant find anybody else that is confirming this.

Usually SportingNews is pretty legit, so I will be very surprised if they got this wrong..........they are going to look like complete idiots.

DeVaney also says he has recommended who he wants to hire to ownership, and that he hopes an official announcement is made Monday.

Highly doubtful Garrett took his wife with him for a simple follow up interview.
