I doubt Romo or any other qb will be worried about a cb.

Then stick a safety or LB on the QB when he is spread out as a WR. That is something that is done when a RB lines up out wide. The point is that someone needs to be there to hit the QB. QBs are not used to lining up as receivers, so they don't know how to use their hands to shed off the defenders. Even a small CB can hit sometimes. Coaches want to limit any hits a QB takes even from a small CB. Just hit him.

Yes.Plus whats the most a defender can do?Just a bump.They cant tackle the qb.lol.

I suspect he would be replaced by Stanback or Crayton when they enter that formation. (ie, someone that can throw the ball and run with it)

if the whole point of it is to catch team of guard you have to keep Romo inn and line him up at WR otherwise they'll see him come off the field and know what's coming
