I'd be hesitant to reinsert him into the lineup at this point. Bradie James has really responded well to the role as the defense's quarterback, and Scott Shanle's play has been nothing to sneeze at.
Nothing against Dat, but put him back in there and risk undoing all this defensive progress.
I mean, is it only coincidence that our defense has turned it around since he has been hurt? What, allowing 10, 13, 13, and 13 points? And heck, we really only allowed 3 defensive points to Philly, and I can't blame the defense for the field goal allowed to lose the Seattle game when they were never even on the field following the turnover.
