I try not to hate anybody but I will have to really fight hating Jerry if he hires Big Wade, I absolutly despise the fact that he is a candidate, not that I hate Phillips as a person, but I'm sick of puppet coaches and medeocrity year after year. Get Rivera in here Jerry PLEASE, just do it.

I find "grooming" plans idiotic. If you want a guy to be your HC in the future then make him your HC NOW and commit to a year or two of bumps in the road as he learns.

Is there some connection with Philips and Garrett because I can't imagine anyone taking the job if they are going to get Jason Garrett, or anyone else, shoved down there throught. You hire a head coach and then he brings in a staff that he's comfortable with. Anything short of that will never work!

Not that I was too thrilled with the job Bill did, but I always thought we had a chance, well most of the time. With candidates like Big Wade I think we will be like the Campo Cowboys again, maybe slightly better in the 6-10, 7-9 range.

Sometimes I wonder if Jerry is trying to keep this team at a medeocre pace.
