I really hope that never happens. But to answer your question, I'd take Stanback just because he has played the position more recently.

Ok, theoretically, if Stanback were active, I'd go with him.

moore will be on the practice squad or possibly on the roster at some point and can dress as the emergency quarterback and not count against the active 45 man gameday roster

But if he enters the game, the #1 and 2 QBs are not allowed to return no matter what. Now if he enters in the 4th quarter it doesnt matter the starter could return

The rule exists for a number of reasons - one is to get your developmental QB some snaps -- another is that nobody wants to see RBs or WRs having to play QB if your top 2 get hurt.

Heres a better Question. Would it really matter who it was? If it came to #3, I could be taking snaps and it wouldn't matter. In that situation, its just time to ride the game out and evaluate things on monday.
