What if...Dallas dresses Zeke and he just plays....a big fat *** to the league....will that cancel the game, forfeit if played...fine them, take picks....Dallas is the league as far as a draw and money maker....just saying what if??? Attempt to be bigger than the league...

He has a Court Order from Mazzant
That does not mean a whole lot.

If it did, the NFL must be totally clueless being as adamant as they are about his suspension being in effect.

You said it.......... they are going full Simple Jack against EE

Mazzant could issue a new TRO at any time so why would the one already in place be void

All the coaches would be fined/suspended. Jerry too. They’d lose draft picks. The game would be forfeited.

That doesn’t even begin to bring in the legal aspects.

It would be a blatant violation of the collective bargaining agreement, a legally binding document. That's why they're in court.

Maybe Zeke should show up with 12 armed guards and dare someone to try and stop him from playing? That'll show 'em.

That easy?

Maybe we should just dress Randy Gregory too. Just to see what happens.
Lets unleash the Kraken while we're at it!

Which was vacated by the 5th circuit court.
No, he can't. Because the circuit court trumps the district court.
The CA5 has been vague about the appeal mandate and tossed it over ripeness not merit
Mazzant himself believes his order is still valid..... so I will take his word over Joe Lockhart

So re-do the TRO now that the timing is not an issue

Mazzant does not believe that. He's deferring dismissing the case (the 5th remanded the case back to him with an order to dismiss), but he acknowledges that the preliminary injunction itself has in fact been vacated.

You said it yourself
The case pending in his court, and the injunction he put in place, are two different things. The injunction is gone. The case is also remanded back to him, with an express order to dismiss, but that's a separate item.
