What is one reason why you want Jason Garrett gone?

Inability to produce gameday results as a result of poor scheme/Xs and Os as well as horrific game management. Most coaches in the league could return very nice results with this roster. Make no mistake, it is a strong roster and has been since at least 2014 and Garrett simply hasn't produced enough with it at all for the reasons mentioned.

A stubborn inability to make real and effective change coupled with a mind-boggling lack of attention to detail.

For a guy touted for his intelligence, these should be his strong suits. Without doing these, it leaves us to question what he actually contributes to the team.

Doesn't hold his coaching staff accountable like a Jimmy Johnson or Bill Parcells would. Instead, throws players under the bus.

Exhibit A ; Keith O Quinn

Many more examples throughout his tenure.

Oh, and has a red headed coach ever won the Super Bowl?

This. All of it. So much.

Took the words right off of my fingertips.

A good coach learns from his mistakes and makes the sum of the parts better. He doesn't. His record vs rookie coaches and teams with a winning record is abysmal. Finally it looked like the team layed down like dogs end of season in a couple games they had to have.
