What is one reason why you want Jason Garrett gone?

He was part of the problem with the culture when Wade was coach. We fired Wade and promoted Jason. I said then that NOTHING was going to change and here we are....the same type of team that got Wade fired. The same exact culture. The same soft type of team. And to think there were people who through Jason was the next Landry, LOL!!!

1. His inability to outcoach top level teams is his biggest weakness in my opinion
His teams never seem to be prepared for the big game. That’s my number one. Honorable mention: he claps when he should be screaming.

Jason Garrett never admits his mistakes, he rationalizes them. This is why he makes the same mistakes over and over and over and over again.

Also, he will not be a HC again after being released by us!!!

He brings nothing on gameday, if fact, he still has game management issues after a decade on the job.

November 12, 2017:

Adrian Clayborn gets 6 sacks versus Chaz Green. And Garrett did nothing to adjust whatsoever the entire time.

Garrett should have been fired the next day for his inability to make in-game adjustments.

That was without a doubt one of the most outrageous examples of Garrett's inability and/or unwillingness to make in game adjustments.
Garrett was never one to learn by his mistakes, probably because he doesn't believe he makes any. Even if his mistakes cost him a game, he comes back later and repeats the same errors.

Quite simply the team has underachieved during his tenor. We should have made the playoffs more often and won more playoff games that we did. Plenty of reasons but they all point to underachieving.

Not an effective head coach at all. Can't adjust to game situations (that's a killer). Can't manager the clock (seems bad at math and on-the-fly-conitive thinking). Makes boneheaded (no kidding) decisions. Doesn't seem to relate to players well despite what you hear that he does. It's like he is Rainman without the math skills.

Jerry digs him though. Sees something in him.

Should've been fired the day after he iced his own kicker.

Because he offers nothing in terms of game day advantage, routinely mismanages personnel, does not understand situational football, has less foresight than an 11 year old with an xbox controller, can't motivate players to play with pride or emotion, and continues to bore everyone with a "process" that's clearly going nowhere.

In summary- he's a terrible football coach.
