What is the asking Price for Lito Sheppard?

Perhaps I glossed over it in another post, but I'm curious what the Eagles might be looking for in trade for Lito Sheppard. Any updates from the folks living in the Philly area?

I think they did to try to get as much as they could out of the pick. They had already decided Kolb was there man and he would have been gone at their next pick. The only team that appeared to be willing to trade with them was the Cowboys. So, they could take him in the first round and overpay for him, or they could trade down with the Cowboys and still overpay for Kolb, but at least get more value out of the pick.

I think they did what they had to do. Otherwise, they would have gotten less for more.

Good theory, but it also leaves assumptions on the other side. Such as, they might also have similar obstacles in the upcoming Draft with the Cowboys again as the only willing trade partner. If nothing else, that trade last year shows that the Eagles will deal with Dallas in trade.

Anyway, my original question wasn't if the Eagles would trade Sheppard to Dallas. It was if anyone knew what the Eagles were wanting in trade for Sheppard.

I haven't heard what they're asking but I'd imagine it's likely fairly high. He's a pretty good corner and those aren't just passed around real cheap.

I'll trade Carpenter for him. I doubt if the Eagles would take that trade though. Carp and Miles Austin for Lito? Would the Eagles go for that trade?

Draft choice? I would offer a 3rd rounder for him. Don't know if the Eagles would accept that though.

I heard they are trying to Package him and their #1 pick to Detroit for Roy Williams. Let's hope it doesn't happen.

They've been asking for a 1st rounder, which is ridiculous really. Everyone knows they're trying to move him. My guess is he gets packaged on draft day for a move up.
