You know how baseball had an owner as the commissioner, Bud Selig. He turned over ownership to his daughter when he became commissioner, but he was basically still the owner.

I would like to see Jerry as the NFL commissioner and the owner of the Cowboys. I'm tired of the Cowboys getting screwed by the league. They created multiple rules specifically due to Cowboys players and then took away cap space from the Cowboys and Skins.

Make it a grandfather clause, no teams outside of the USA, and eliminate the outside of the USA for regular season games.

I would eliminate the spot foul on defensive pass interference, unless it was egregious. Bumping and hand fighting shouldn't be a 50-yard penalty.

I would write it off as a long-term quality of the league thing. If the NFL ever does tank, it won't just be one thing that takes it down, it would be chinks in the armor. I believe injury concerns, poor product, and over saturation could be some of those chinks... and TNF contributes to them all.

All close/questionable plays get "express reviews" by a person(s) in the booth on a computer(video review). There is simply no reason, NONE, to get calls wrong. This the the year 2014. Tech is there. Use it!

The fact that Romo gets hit and no flag is thrown. BS! Level the field, take away favoritism or bias. If u breath on Manning they throw a flag.

Re-work the whole salary cap and guaranteed money thing. If a player is traded or cut, then that freed money goes right back into the cap pot. My biggest gripe is that teams are still on the hook(cap wise) when a player is traded.

I would get rid of the 5 yard illegal contact penalty. It is the most garbage penalty in all of sports.
