Same old crap from the wonder boy. Tony Romo was obviously off last night and the running game was dominant, but gotta make sure Tony throws the ball 30 times.

Newsflash Jason...when something is working stick with it. Don't put the game in Tony's hands when he is obviously having one of his "Turnover Tony" nights.

I thought the defense played decent considering how many times they stopped the Giants only to have Tony give the Giants the ball right back. They still suck at forcing turnovers and letting Greg Ellis go was obviously a big mistake.

I guess only Garrett would be able too fill us in on why the ball wasnt handed off as much.

This is nothing new honestly. He, and Tony as well, both have hard ons for trying to make the passing game work no matter what. They're going to pass and pass alot cause darn it there are plays to be made there.

Garrett doesn't know how to lean on the run game like he should.

31 points with a QB playing like crap. 250 yards rushing with a QB playing like crap. yeah, Garrett really sucked.

The Cowboys would have overcome all the crap they did wrong last night had Garret ran the ball after their last TD. Those 2 three and outs due to passing call blew this game, IMO.

No he certainly didn't suck. But he didn't do his job to the fullest extent either. He could have easily helped Tony out on such a rough night by actually leaning on the running game. They got 250 yards averaging nearly 10 yards a carry. They should have been running until that defense proved they could actually slow it down.

Another thing to think about here,on some of the pics/incompletions last night. On a few of the miscues Romo had a running lane to scramble,he didn't have to force the ball downfield.I wish I had recorded the game to document which plays, but it sure looked that way.

31 points wasn't enough, was it? 250 yards rushing and still losing the game because you refuse to let go of the passing game is ridiculous. 24 points off of turnovers because you think if you let Tony throw enought times he will magically overcome his slump is just piss poor playcalling.

Maybe he'll dial up a game plan that can get more than 31 points next week. Its clearly not enough with this defense.

I don't think JG did the best job last night with play calling. In fact, I think it was pretty horrible that he didn't run the ball more given how we were running. Having said that, I'm not ready to blame him for the loss. It was a team effort and we had some bad luck.

I saw that, too. One was a missed 3rd down where he had a wide open lane and could have slid down.

Amen.

Think of a baseball pitcher who doesn't have his good fastball on a certain outing. Does he continue to try to throw his fastball, hoping it will come around? Or does he accept the fact that he doesn't have that pitch on this particular day and try to get hitters out with his other pitches?

The answer should be obvious, but Garrett keeps on in the name of "staying aggressive".

It's funny after all the talk about us being a more run oriented offense and Romo saying he was gonna make better decisions(just like he did last offseason), nothing's changed.

We are the 3th highest scoring team in the league right now. That is without any help from turnovers or big special teams plays. It's all offense.

The offensive coordinator is the last person we should blame right now.

It is silly to do so.

On the last 2 TD drives we ran the ball virtually on every play, yet some of you claim we didn't run it enough? You can't run the ball every play. The problem is Romo decided to punt the ball again, just like he did to Ed Reed last year. It was almost the exact same throw. :(
