What Jerry Jones should do, but very doubtful. If a team like the Ravens are already looking at Norv Turner as OC, just like the Vikings are. Jerry should quit being stubborn, get a OC in here that Jason Garrett works well with and get our offense back on track.

If the team that was a superbowl team last year, the ravens are going after Norv Turner as OC, then Jerry Jones should wake up. Callahan didn't do his job as OC last year, so demote him, and have him be the OL coach, if Callahan doesn't like that, that's tough.

Why in the world a general manager/owner would want to saddle a head coach with an offensive coordinator that they don't get along with, in this case, Jason Garrett and Callahan, then fans should tell Jerry Jones, you told us that you were going to do something the last few weeks, but we as fans haven't seen anything.

So, were calling you on that Jerry Jones, do something worthwhile.

I've heard mixed stuff as to Norv and Garrett being chums. Some say they may not be as much as we might infer...I'm not sure where the truth lies (no play on words there :)).

The one thing that could make Jerry Jones a worse GM would be to read and react to every great idea that comes from the fans. If he did that, we'd have 17 new Head Coaches a season, approximately 37 offensive coordinators and 59 defensive coordinators...

Not to mention Callahan would never take a demotion. If he wanted to settle for being an OL coach he'd go somewhere else to do it.

Ed Werder was just on the radio now saying that Jason wanted Norv back in Dallas and Jerry axed it at the last minute.

Norv is going to Minny.

Jerry will always be stubborn it's in his DNA.

Our offense isn't the problem.

Jerry is only making 300 million per season. He sure does want to win but he looks to sure up a few areas on the family investment area so that he can easily continue to pal around with the other owners and live the life. Winning is important but it is second. Rich people are not stupid. A wealthy man like Mr. Jones never really feels good about his assets and is not as rich as he wants to be. And at the same time he feels great about his investment in the Boys. 2014 is a financial year. At some point Jerry will make a splash again into "really" having the team ready. It may include what some fans ask for...wiping out the cap debt and letting the overpaid lacking vets go.
