What Kind of Job Do You Think Wade is Doing?

It seems that there's a lot of debate about the kind of job Wade is doing. I don't know how to put up a poll, but would you say Wade is doing a

Good job

Average job

or

Poor job

I personally think he is doing a poor job, but I've read a few other threads that people seem to think he's doing an okay job, so I just wanted to see what Cowboys fans think of what he's done.

That they are. The run defense has drastically improved, and I'm thinking Jenkins may be starting to come around.

So far, terrible. But the defense does appear to improving.

For years, we've started out strong and ended poorly. Maybe this year we reverse that trend. Or maybe we just continually get worse.

There are new parts on defense, so I'm not really surprised they're not playing well on that side of the ball early. I really don't know how to explain the disorganization on offense and the penalties cropping back up again this week. We're losing close games due to sloppiness which is a reflection on coaching. I'd say he's been average, borderline poor this season, but I am expecting the team to improve and especially the defense to get better over the next couple of weeks. In general, I think Wade's an average head coach and a very good coordinator.

That's true. We have Olshansky, Brooking, Spencer, Sensabaugh, and Jenkins as new starters, so it's probably taking some time to gel. They already look like they've improved since the very beginning of the season.
