The Coach or the players before you answer. Think about this

Could the coach of the Titans with his staff with the current cowboys roster or

Could Wade with his staff win with the titans current roster

As long as the coach doesn't have complete control then neither will win.

I can agree with chemistry and the coach having the finale say. I feel we paid too many players to fast. For example the whole offensive line is under contract what fear do they have if they don't play well:mad:

It's not an either/or situation.

These hypotheticals don't help because they try to narrow the problem to one issue. We teams go bad, it's a cumulative effect, just as when teams go good.

By the way, it's interesting that Coach Jeff Fisher had the courage to jettison PacMan Jones, even though he was perceived as their best player (Albert Haynesworth was not two years ago), and here he has his team with the best record in football and home field advantage.

Oh, and if Jeff Fisher were here and really in charge, our roster would look much different. And, yes, I believe he'd have us in contention for a Super Bowl.

its also admirable the way he handled the vince young situation. its something that could easily break a team but the way he handled it only made them stronger.

and this guy was able to win with kerry collins as his qb and no star diva receivers. i know they have a great running game but its not like they ran every single play.

There is no right answer to this. No good team can win with a bad coach (San Diego, Dallas, 2000 Commanders, etc.), but at the same time, a great coach can make an abismal team contenders (Miami). However, this is often the exception, not the rule.

People say Belicheat is great at what he does, but I say he couldn't have made the Lions win more than 4 or 5 games this season, just as Norv turner could have coached the Patriots last year to a 9-7 record.

An average coach can win with a great team. A great coach can win with an average team. A terrible coach will always make a great team lose, just as easily as a great coach can't win with a sorry team.
