I agree. Smart wanting to see another year before committing long term. It still doesn't mean they'd trade for Dak before seeing more of him.

I loved what I saw in Dak too in preseason but it's premature to hail him our heir apparent .

Nice OP and I agree having talented rookies like Dak and Elliott gives this team a real boost on offense and a bright future. I hope the additions of Mayowa, Thornton, Durant, Swanson, Collins, Tapper, Frazier and Brown can do the same for the defense. I'm looking forward to finding out though, because I feel like this team overall has more talent now. Not to mention, the last time Scandrick, Lee and Claiborne played together was back in 2013, and that can only help the defense.
