OROTY and the #2 back in the NFL in rushing yards, with 1600+.. which really sucks because that year AP went off with 2k +, in a normal year he'd have been in contention for the rushing title.

Yes your right - but the Skins season didn't bomb. In fact, it went to show that their preseason wasn't a fluke. Which goes to show that sometimes preseason can be a good indicator how well a team does during the regular season. Its not always the case but the Skins was a prime example that year.

The season didn't start off very promising, both preseason and regular season that year.
Griffin barely got any snaps in the ps, and the starting runner was supposed to be Tim Hightower, who got hurt in the ps
Morris went from barely expected to make the team to the starter in week 1. We were sitting at 3-6 before the bye, and everyone was lamenting a lost season, until they ripped off 7 straight to make the playoffs.
