What NFC-East Team is Overrated ...and or Underrated

I think the Commanders are underrated this year. Partially because of the most recent DL ratings placing the Skins in last place. I think they may have had some DL problems, but not because of talent (or the lack therefo) but Because certain players were playing wrong positions due to coaching errors.

Also feel that the Giants are underrated this year also. Especially with a huge RB vacancy in Tiki Barber and a coach that is on the bubble.

Traditionally, the Eagles have been an underrated team. This year is no different, especially with the big question mark placed on McNabb's full return, and ditto for Kearse's return. Coupled with the fact that the Eagles are going into the season without a named number one wide receiver.

The Cowboys ...I want to make this a legitimate thread, so I'll refrain from giving my perspective about the Cowboys to prevent from being accused of some underlying motive. I'll let you guys make that call.

It's okay P-Talon, if you think Dallas is overrated, just give your reasoning.

Right now it is hard to tell in all actuality just who is overrated or underrated.

I'm really curious as to how the three first round picks fare. Of course, I'm talking about Landry (5th), Ross (20th), and Spencer (28th). Them and Hunt for Philly.

Well, so with his usual veiled posts that just leaves one team that he does not include in his little sophisticated post...the Cowboys! I think you're confusing "underrated" with "legitimate concern."

A person isn't underrating the Eagles simply because he or she expresses trepidation over the chronic health issues of Kearse and McNabb. Stating that "McNabb may struggle because of his injury last season" is a trifle different from saying that "McNabb will struggle because he's a poor quarterback."

Regarding your intimation that the Cowboys are overrated, I can only say this: The vast majority of prognosticators have predicted a second place finish for the Cowboys in the NFC East--exactly where they finished last season. Therefore, I don't think "overrated" applies.

Very well spoken, sensible perspective ...arguably questionable, as demonstrated by some of the sophisticated discussion held regarding how McNabb Himself is overrated. However, I do understand what you're saying.
